20 Under 40
Toledo Valentine Theatre

Join us for the 20th Annual Leadership Recognition Reception and Program of our outstanding 20 Under 40 candidates.

Each year since 1996, 20 young, community leaders have been recipients of the 20 Under 40 Award. 20 Under 40 is a Leadership Recognition Program that showcases young, dynamic leaders in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan who are under the age of 40. The program recognizes individuals who have distinguished themselves in their careers and/or in the community. It is intended that the program will further motivate young leaders in our area.

Each spring, nominations are solicited for potential candidates. Once an individual is nominated, he/she is required to submit a profile to become a candidate. From these candidates, an independent panel of judges from the community selects 20 individuals to receive the recognition at a Fall program. Judges consist of past honorees and community leaders.
