Social Media Breakfast #15
Thread Marketing Group

Our social media group has always been about the full use of these new tools to communicate. But we realize that it is important to note the legal limitations and compliance issues involved with many businesses (medical, financial planning, school districts, etc.) and well as the personal privacy issues of employees.

For Social Media Breakfast Toledo #15, we have invited an esteemed panel of speakers to explore the following topics:

* How employers think and use social media.
* How human resource professionals think about and use social media
* How employees think about and use social media.
* Best HR advice of using these tools (advice to employers and employees).
* What employees should know about business, HR use of social media analytic and monitoring tools.
* Practical suggestions to avoid litigation/termination
