Owens Community College
Speaker: Isaac Dunifon, Director, Security Solutions, Digital C.O.P.S, Perry proTech Topic: Video Evidence & e-Discovery Location: Owens Community College Room AV121, 30335 Oregon Rd., Perrysburg, OH 43551 InfraGard is an information sharing and analysis effort serving the interests and combining the knowledge base of a wide range of members. At its most basic level, InfraGard is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the private sector. InfraGard is an association of businesses, academic institutions, state and local law enforcement agencies, and other participants dedicated to sharing information and intelligence to prevent hostile acts against the United States. The Toledo Members Alliance is comprised of professionals from various size companies of all industries. We hold regular meetings to discuss issues, threats and other matters that impact their companies. Speakers from public and private agencies and the law enforcement communities are invited. It is our goal to improve and extend information sharing between private industry and the government. InfraGard members gain access to information that enables them to protect their assets and in turn give information to government that facilitates its responsibilities to prevent and address terrorism and other crimes. Attend a local chapter meeting, meet FBI officials from your area and help protect your nation's infrastructure. |

Toledo Infragard Tabletop Excercise –
BGSU at Levis Commons
The Toledo Area Alliance of InfraGard is sponsoring a tabletop exercise and would like you to participate. A tabletop exercise involves a diverse group of government and industry professionals in an informal setting, discussing a simulated situation. The intention of this type of exercise is to stimulate discussion of various issues regarding a hypothetical situation. The information gathered can be used to assess plans, policies, and procedures or to assess types of systems needed to guide the prevention of, response to, and recovery from a defined event. Tabletop exercises are typically aimed at facilitating an understanding of concepts, identifying strengths and shortfalls, and/or achieving a change in attitude. Participants are encouraged to discuss issues in depth and develop decisions through slow-paced problem solving rather than the rapid, spontaneous decision making that occurs under actual or simulated emergency conditions. |
