The EPIC Toledo Summit is the signature event of EPIC Toledo, the Toledo Region's largest Young Professional program. The EPIC Toledo Summit brings nearly 200 young professionals, community leaders, and business leaders together for a day of career-enhancing education, expert training, and networking.

The 2015 EPIC Toledo Summit: Designing Leaders is a full-day of learning and networking aimed at giving you the necessary tools to advance your career and grow as a leader. Three development tracks will encourage you to THINK about career influences and create a plan, LEARN about educational opportunities to achieve your goals and LIVE what you learn by making personal and professional development a part of your daily routine.

• Think: Knowing yourself and understanding others are critical skills when developing the blueprint for your personal and professional growth. Featured topics include: emotional intelligence, self-leadership, critical thinking and creative problem solving.
• Learn: Maximizing educational opportunities, both formal and informal, will not only assist in advancing your own career but are vital to moving our region forward as well. Featured topics include: advanced education, transferrable skills, talent attraction and education’s community impact.
• Live: By applying and sharing what you learn at the Summit, you can turn one day of training into 365 days of increased efficiency and effectiveness for yourself and others. Featured topics include: public speaking, transitioning to management, reverse mentoring and personal branding.

Keynotes: Hear from some of our community’s top leaders. We will start the day with opening presenter Mike Thaman, CEO, Owens Corning and end with a panel of university presidents from The University of Toledo, Bowling Green State University, Lourdes University and Owens Community College.
