Spiritual Intelligence in the Workplace

The Greater Toledo Area Chapter (GTAC) of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) invites YOU to our December Monthly Program.

  • Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at BGSU at Levis Commons
  • Dr. Gregory Guzman, Executive Director of Central City Ministry for the Diocese of Toledo
  • Keeping the Faith – Spiritual Intelligence in the Workplace
  • 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.

Acquiring and retaining the right employee has evolved beyond standard intelligence measures. Understanding the role of the Spiritual Quotient (SQ) in the workplace helps employers and trainers to discern the spiritual dimensions that are at work in and around you. Learn the key components of SQ and tap into its potential.

Dr. Gregory A. Guzman, a Toledo native, is the only Latino to have ever served as a University Campus President in Northwest Ohio. As the former Campus President of Herzing University – Toledo Campus, Dr. Guzman created the lowest cost Bachelor’s Degree Program in the region, by forming collaborative partnerships with area community colleges. Today, Dr. Guzman oversees the advancement of Toledo’s inner-city faith formation institutions.
