Do you want to learn more about Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and Mixed Reality?

Heejoo Gwen Kim, professor of Digital Arts at the BGSU College of Arts and Sciences will be at the library on September 28 at 6:00pm to fill us in on this major upcoming trend.

We’ll also use this opportunity to show off some emerging VR technology including the Oculus Rift, Gear VR, and Google Cardboard headsets.

Refreshments will be served and registration is not required.

Did you know that if you own a smartphone, you can construct a simple headset that will allow you to view virtual spaces, play 3D games and tour remote sites like the Eiffel Tower in Virtual Reality?

Attend this one-hour workshop to build your headset, install the required apps, and get instruction on how to do all those things and more.

Registration is required at the Information Desk.

There is a $10 fee for headset materials, payable at the time of registration.
