Lightning Talks

If you have a five to ten minute talk you'd like to give, please be ready. A projector will be available, but you do not have to use it.

Let's talk about mentoring! Are you afraid to approach this topic? I was until I finally found mentors who genuinely wanted to guide me to become a better developer. We'll take a look at how to find (or be found) by mentors, what being a mentor looks like, and why the mentee/mentor relationship is absolutely crucial in our industry. You'll receive practical and hard-hitting advice that you can apply today.

Moving pixels around, Erika makes magic happen where functionality meets user interaction. She has a passion for web animation and keeping up with the latest front-end practices. Besides diving into the technical details of JavaScript, Erika also delights in repotting cacti (with gloves).

After that, we will hold a tech session to help you with your WordPress technical issues. Got something you want to promote? Show us something you wish to share.
