FBI to Speak on Cyber Crimes at ISACA Meeting

The next Northwest Ohio ISACA Chapter meeting will feature Scott Halbur from the FBI who will be discussing Cyber Crimes based on his recent experiences in the field.

The meeting is open to all IT professionals and students interested in learning about information security and networking with other professionals. $20 for members; $10 for students; and $30 for guests.

January 28th is also Data Privacy Day so come celebrate with us!

NW Ohio ISSA Capture The Flag
Brady Innovation Center, UT College of Engineering

Northwest Ohio ISSA will be hosting an Ethical Hacking Capture the Flag (CTF) contest that will include a lesson and demonstration for beginners. All ages are welcome to attend, the lesson will cover ethical hacking methodology and demonstrate five attacks. These attacks will be available within the CTF afterwards so beginners can build on their new skills. Experienced participants are welcome to participate directly in the CTF or attend the lesson portion as well. Whether you're an information security professional, cybersecurity student, or just curious about this rapidly growing field, we hope you'll attend and learn more through hands-on participation.
