SPEAKER: Adam Jackson is the IT problem manager for Owens-Illinois, Inc. (O-I)
PRESENTATION SUMMARY: Problems, like risks, are opportunities in work clothes. Defining, understanding, and working through them effectively enables you to provide higher qualities of service to your customers. Whether protecting from or exploiting them, problems and risks can be used to your advantages. Learn how O-I is using problem management to better their IT department, and to build and strengthen relationships while doing so.
SPEAKER BIO: Adam Jackson is the IT problem manager for Owens-Illinois, Inc (O-I). Prior to that, he led projects and initiatives that were transformational to the how their department worked. He began working at O-I in 2009 and is PMP certified. Adam graduated from California State University, Chico. In his spare time, he volunteers for local, community organizations.
