Organizations are facing a growing training and development challenge with four generations of employee's compromising the workforce. Each generation has a different set of learning and communication styles, which creates a challenge in designing and implementing internal training initiatives. This session will highlight how the growing use of technology can enhance the transfer of learning in a generationally diverse workforce.
